CAI operates entirely on the Internet and utilizes ASP (application service providing) for its internal IT infrastructure; we need only the occasional use of the internet onsite. We have a web-based issue tracking system that allows you to monitor all aspects of your support in an easy web interface. Ticket updates are sent via text SMS or via email. We work for as long as you need us and when we are not needed, we leave. No layoff’s. We are friendly and easy to work with, but never engage in fraternization. We have worked in all manner of different corporate environments (indoor, outdoor, industrial, chemical etc.) and are highly trained in industrial hygiene (chemical safety) and on the job safety.

No Co-Employment Risks   Our PEO mitigates the co-employment risks associated with hiring contract workers throughout the United States. They employ us and issues IRS Form W-2. they withhold and pay all applicable payroll taxes and income taxes. In addition our PEO covers us for Workers Compensation and Unemployment Insurance, plus General Liability Insurance and Errors & Omissions Insurance up to $5 million aggregate. They also provide continuity of employment, continuity of health insurance, and the best retirement plan available to any employee in any company in the United States.   We will only provide consulting services to companies that accept the P.A.C.E. (aka Professional Association of Contract Employees) or SmartSource, Inc. as an approved vendor or subcontractor.
