About Our Fee Structure Our rates below are based on an accrued number of hours. Client fees will be based on the number of hours billed on a project. For example, a contract for a set number of hours will bill at an “x” rate. A client who builds up hours slowly but proves they maintain a steady billing will then see much lower rates (this is on a case-by-case basis and is a general guideline only). We can also work on a service contract where you buy a block of time and use it on an as needed basis. This is by far the most fair and economical way of doing business for both parties. No Co-Employment Risks Our "Professional Employment Organization" (PEO) works like a staffing agency. Co-Op members seek their own assignments and so, the PEO needs no sales force and thus has a much lower overhead cost. Like a so-called full service agent, they mitigate the co-employment risks associated with hiring contract workers throughout the USA.  They employ us and issues IRS Form W-2. They withhold and pay all applicable payroll taxes and income taxes. In addition our PEO covers us for Workers Compensation and Unemployment Insurance, plus General Liability Insurance and Errors & Omissions Insurance up to $5 million aggregate. They also provide continuity of employment, continuity of health insurance and the very best retirement plan available to any employee in any company in the United States of America.  We will only provide consulting services to companies that accept the (1) P.A.C.E. [aka Professional Association of Contract Employees] or (2) Smart Source, Inc. as an approved vendor or subcontractor. Note: Contact us for job-specific quotes. Rates - Casual Business Visit

COMMERCIAL CLIENTS - ONE TIME / CASUAL VISIT TIME OF DAY BASIS FOR CHARGES DESCRIPTION Workdays $60 for the first two hours or fraction thereof and $45 for each subsequent hour. By Appointment only During normal business hours (between 9am and 5pm). 2 hour minimum. Evenings & Weekends $60 for the first two hours or fraction thereof & $55 for each subsequent hour. By Appointment only WHEN BOOKED During normal business hours (between 9am and 5pm). Two hour minimum. Emergencies Night/Weekend Surcharge ADD $45/hr This charge is incurred from 6pm to 8am Monday-Friday and during weekends and holidays. (off hours visits) Remote  Support First 5 minutes are FREE, remaining minutes billed in one-minute increments. $45/hr (current clients ONLY!) By Appointment only when booked during normal business hours (between 9am and 5pm). 2 hour minimum. No Contract Required Emergencies Night/Weekend Surcharge ADD $65/hr This charge is incurred from 6pm to 8am Monday-Friday and during weekends and holidays. (off hours visits) Telephone & Remote Support On an case by case basis. Must have arrangements in writing before initiating call. Price negotiable based on volume. First 10 minutes are FREE, remaining minutes billed in one minute increments. $45/hr (current clients ONLY!).
