A contact is initiated between parties and an initial appointment is made
I. We meet and discuss the work to be done and develop:
1. A complete detailed Scope of Work
2. A proposed project budget for time and materials
3. Establish terms of billing and incentive plan
4. A start date is set - and a desired project end date
II. We will gather information for the list below and submit this to our PEO for funding:
1. Brief Job description (in many cases a “Scope of Work”)
2. Proposed Job Title (for insurance purposes)
3. Work Environment (Part/Fulltime? Home/Office? Using heavy machinery?)
4. Physical worksite (address city, state zip
5. Is this a remote assignment (if yes, client pays travel?)
6. Client supervisor (title/role, phone fax email)
7. Time sheet approver (title/role phone fax email)
8. Accounts payable contact (title/role phone fax email)
9. Additional contact information (name, title/role, phone fax email)
10. Billing rate based upon figure per (hour/day/week/month/other-add detail)
11. Will client issue purchase order? (11a. Billing extras - overtime travel expenses?)
12. Projected or desired start date
13. Projected or desired end date
14. Pager or cell phone – will client require/pay for expenses of either? Amount?
15. Phone calls – will client pay for or provide after hours? (min/max? & rate?)
16. Overtime rates (CAI requests 1.5x for >8hrs and 2.0 for >12 hours)
17. Client travel (will client pay for travel expenses related to gig?)
18. Incidental expenses (is there a path for reimbursement)
19. Additional reimbursements (training, software, manuals, work related items)
20. Any additional information and clarification related to the assignment
III. After the above has been done our PEO will contact you to set up an account
IV. I/We report for duty when PEO approval process side is complete
V. We work the project to completion (mutually agreed upon)
VI. When we are done a meeting for project review is held to tie up loose ends
